Living area is something important for people. Many people have a dream about where they will be living in the future. There are two places that we can choose, living in a city or living in a country. Both of these places are so different. City has facilities that country does not have it. The purpose of this essay is to contrast and compare the difference between the activities, cost, atmosphere and transportation of living in a city and in a country.

Living in a country is not having activities as interesting as living in a city. In a country, people go to farm, give feed to the cattle or just stay at home. Sometimes in free time, they go to a garden to see beautiful scenery or go to food stall to gather with their friends. It is so different with people who live in a city. In a city, people can do many activities such as go to office, go to sport centre, go shopping and many others. In free time, they go to cinemas, shopping centers, parks or museums.
The cost of living in a city is higher than in a country because everything is expensive in city. We need money to pay everything, from the small things until the big things. For example, in the city, we have to pay parking fee. It is so contrast with living in the country. In country, we do not have to pay parking fee, we can park our vehicle everywhere without pay.

The atmosphere in s country is better than in a city because there are many plants, so it makes the air fresh and clean. Besides, there is less transportation and factory. It is overturn with the atmosphere in city. In a city, many people move by their cars and this effect lead to form unexpected pollutions. New factories, skyscrapers and blocks of flats or building and many trees are cutting down to do the place for this buildings and it makes the air full of pollution and not clean.
Another different between these two places is the transportation. Transportation in a city is better than in a country. In a city, there is much transportation that we can find in a city such as trains, buses, public transportations, taxis and it is easy to find it. In a country, so hard to find the transportation like in a city because many people still use pedicabs, carriages and public transportations.
There are many different between living in a city and living in a country, especially in activies, cost, atmosphere and transportations. It does not matter what place for living decided to choose. Depending on what the people like or what the people need for living.

Well, all the people have a different physically and personality. They have something special in their self and it can be one of their characteristic. It can happen to me. I have something special in my self and it can be the unique characteristic of me.

My name is Giya Erina. You can call me Gya or Gy. I am 18 years old now. I was born in Padang, on November 28th, 1992. I am in a good shape and medium height. I have white skin; some people say that white pale because my face looks so pale. I am look beautiful with my pointed nose, thin lips and slanting eyes. I also have curly black hair.
I think I am a sociable person. I learn it from my mother. I like helping someone who needs my help because I know that I can not do everything by my self, sometimes I need somebody else to help me. Then, I like making friends with everyone because get a new friend means have many experiences. I also do not like to differentiate someone with another one in making friend.
I have some hobbies. They are reading, watching and cooking. I like reading some novels especially about the experiences of the author. For instance, I like some of Andrea Hirata’s novels because it tells about his life and his experiences to make his dream comes true. I also like reading some non-fiction books such as Harry Potter and Twilight.
I like watching movies a lot especially Korean Drama. Korean drama is very romantic movie and the plot is not really complicated and easily to understands. Besides, the actor is really handsome. I have a dream that in the future I will have a boy friend likes the Korean Actor. I also like watching cartoon movies like Sponge Bob, Mong, Doraemon and when I was a kid, I used to watch Chibi Maruko Chan and Sakura. I think cartoon is an interesting movie because it can entertain the audience.
Cooking is also my hobby. I like cooking very much. I like cooking some food especially new cuisine. I learn it by my mother or just look on the recipe. I can cook some food such as fried rice, fried chicken, soup, noodles, baked fish and many others.
I am a good sleeper. I love sleeping very much. Some of my friends call me sleeping beauty because I can sleep easily and for a long time. I can sleep wherever I want. I can sleep on my bed, on the chair, on public transportation, under the tree, in the class, and on someone’s shoulder. If I feel sleepy, I have to sleep. I think it is one of the unique characteristics of me.

I have good communication skills. I am able to speak well and sometimes I speak too fast. It can make my friends think that something wrong in my mouth. Sometimes, I have a voice like a sickly person, especially when my teacher takes my attendant. It is so weak. I do not know what is wrong in my throat. May be it is the unique thing of my voice.
I am a forgetful person. I think it is easy to me to forget something even though it is the important thing. For example, I often forget where I put my wallet. Sometimes, I forget my old friend’s name. It is too bad. Now, I try to make a list about everything that easy to forget. I think it is work.
In the future, I would like to be an Ambassador of Indonesia for foreign country because I want to travel around the world and I want to have some experiences about stay in foreign country. Beside I like helping someone, especially Indonesian to solve their problem. I hope I can make my dream comes true.
I am a girl who has something unique in my self. I have something that nobody has it. I think that is all about my self. I am sure that you know me more than before. Before you judge me, try hard to know me.

Many people around the world have a family. It consists of father, mother, brothers and sisters. One of them could be the best one. I have a small family. It consists of my father, my mother and my oldest sister. According to me, my mother is the best one in my family. She is my idol over the world.

My mother’s name is Ramlisnawati. She is 50 years old now. She was born in Solok, on September 20th, 1961. My lovely mother is in well shape. She is also pretty tall, it is around 170 cm tall. I think my mom is very beautiful with her dimples, tan skin, thin lips, and brown eyes. She also has curly black hair, same with me.
My mother is someone who full with love. She always gives her pure love to her family. She loves us more than herself. She raises me and my sister with her love. She is also fair to gives her love, for instance she never differentiates between me and my sister.
The woman who has married with my father is also the best teacher for me in my life especially to sociable for other people. One thing of her lesson that I always remember is be useful for other people because we are not an individual person, we need somebody else to help and we have to help each other. I had never got this lesson in my school, just from my mom.

The strong woman who always gives me many motivations is my Mom. She is the best motivator for me. She always gives some motivations to me to face my life, for instance when I dropped, she gives me a good motivation and I can stand again suddenly.
My lovely mom is also a good career woman. She works at Department of Education and Culture in West Sumatera region. She is a treasurer. She can manage everything about her duty at office. According to me, my mother is very responsibilities with her job. I have never heard that her boss getting angry to her.
Someone who has hobbies cooking and reading in my family is my mom. She likes cooking so much. She always makes something special in our dining room. It is really delicious. My mother can make Indonesian cuisine, Arabian cuisine and some of Chinese cuisine. She is the best chef over the world. Further more, my mom loves reading a lot of books such as religion and healthy book. She also likes to collect some novels and recipes. It is an interesting hobby.
My mother is my best Idol for me. She is not only as a good mother but also a good teacher for me. I love her so much. She is the most perfect person in our house. I just can not imagine what it would be like without her.
